I read this from the Star newspaper, Local Government Act 1974 (Act 133) Section 82 (1) for causing disturbance to the residents and the owner may be issued a compound of up to RM$1000.
You cannot raise chicken, duck, geese, turkey at your home compound as it caused a stench in the area.

I want makeup space, jewelry space
I need a bigger room but I cannot afford one, anyway I know my room is in a big mess. Not enough space for things that I love!
