Black silver bracelet

Mia told me that her dad having a black silver bracelet, its usual color is silver and it is not real silver. I like to know if there is a way to clean it? Making it just like a new bracelet?

Any advice? Or just throw away and buy a new one?

I also see that some of my gold jewelry which are faking the color is not like gold any more. :(
